Let to indicate permission.

Use an abject and the base from of a verb 

Example: she let her sister wear her favorite skirt. 

👉Let has the same meaning as permit. 

💥👀 Use let to indicate that permission is being given to do something. 

Example:

Example:

They PLAN TO HAVE the officers PAID for dinner.
